I've created a feature using the Journal It / Plug-in code described here:

I've created a local update side using Eclipse and can successfully install the feature into my Notes client.

I have created an updated site (using the template) and have imported the feature into the site. When I try to install from that site, I get the following error:

Network connection problems encountered during search.
Unable to access "http://ewmail.eworldes.com/domino/UpdateSite.nsf/site.xml".
Error parsing site stream. [White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.]
